David
L Dockham, DDS, PC
was born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, and he’s
happy to call Michigan home! He obtained his
associate’s degree from Delta College in Bay City,
Michigan, and his bachelor’s degree from the
University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then went on to
graduate from the University of Michigan School of
Dentistry with his DDS degree in 1984. Since then, Dr.
Dockham’s dedication to education has continued, and
he has trained with such organizations as the Pankey
Institute, Millennium Laser Training, the Bicon Institute,
and the IMTEC Corporation.
In addition to practicing general dentistry in Michigan,
Dr. Dockham has practiced in West Virginia and Florida. He
loves spreading smiles wherever he goes! Dr.
Dockham’s professional memberships include the
American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association,
West Michigan Dental Association, and he is on the Board of
Directors for the Stanton Dental Clinic. He’s also a
member of the Church at Carson City.
Dr. Dockham and his wonderful wife, Katherine, have three
beautiful children – Kaylee, Ariana, and Noah. They
also have a Bassett puppy and two cows, for which they are
building a pole barn. Dr. Dockham enjoys spending time with
his family, and he likes to fish and hunt. He looks forward
to getting to know you too!

Amy
(Treatment Coordinator)
was born and raised in Eastern Michigan, and she moved to
Stanton five years ago. For the past two years, she has
been working as Dr. Dockham’s office financial
advisor and liaison. Amy enjoys spending time with her
daughter, and rooting for her in both soccer and
basketball. Their family also includes a young Golden
Retriever. Amy’s other interests are crafts, talking
on the phone, and reading.
Vicki
(Scheduling Coordinator)
has been working with Dr. Dockham’s office for the
past several months. She’s one of the smiling faces
you will see at the front desk when you come in, and
she’s a great addition to the office! Vicki was born
and raised in Michigan, and she was a practitioner of
veterinary medicine for 16 years. She enjoys spending time
with her husband and child, and her other interests include
reading, scrapbooking, mud bogging, quad riding, and
hunting.
JP,
RDH (Hygienist)
was born in Chicago, but she was raised and pursued her
education in Michigan. She studied at Grand Rapids
Community College and Ferris State University, where she
was later an instructor in the dental hygiene program for
six years. JP has practiced dental hygiene for over 20
years, and she likes her work. She also enjoys spending
time with her fantastic husband, and their family
consisting of children, grandchildren, and a great
grandson. Janice’s other interests include stained
glass, swimming, painting, gardening, and traveling.
Rachel,
RDH (Hygienist)
was born in Washington State, but she was raised in Alaska.
She pursued her education and training at Ferris State
University, where she graduated from the dental hygiene
program at the top of her class. Rachel has been with Dr.
Dockham’s office for the past few months, and
she’s been loving every minute of it! She’s
also actively continuing her education, as her greatest
ambition is to become a dentist. Rachel is happily married,
and she and her husband are the proud owners of two cats
and two dogs.
Sarah,
RDA (Assistant)
was born and raised in Michigan. She graduated from Grand
Rapids Community College as a Registered Dental Assistant,
and she’s been working with Dr. Dockham and his team
for the past five years. She loves dentistry! Sarah’s
other loves are her husband and their numerous pets and
critters. She also enjoys working with her hubby around the
farm, especially helping to manage the fruit stand and ice
cream shop. Her other interests include hunting, fishing,
and traveling.
Pam
(Assistant)
was born, raised, and pursued her education in Michigan.
She has been a dental assistant for over 16 years, the past
year and a half of which she has been with Dr.
Dockham’s office. Pam and her husband have a son and
a daughter, and also three dogs. Pam’s hobbies
include fishing, boating, collecting birdhouses, and
gardening.
Ed
(Lab Technician)
was born and raised in Worchester, Massachusetts, where he
also pursued his education. He and his lovely wife moved to
Michigan in 1974. Together they have a beautiful family of
three daughters and six grandchildren. Ed has been a dental
technician for over four years, and he has worked for Dr.
Dockham during that whole time. His hobbies include
collecting classic cars and recreational boating.
